Its gonna be some work running the wire, but the benifits are wll worth it.
300A if you can afford it, it will have lots of power available incase you upgrade later down the road.

Forget the Cap, go with an H.O. Alt and a 2nd batt.
1 or 2 runs of + 1/0 wiring front to amps
1/0 the big 3 and you should be good

I gained 7hp at the wheels with my 75mm Throttlebody upgrade(tested on a Dyno), please, please know the facts before saying what works and doesnt work. I have no Idea about the spacers.throttle bodies dont make any extra horse power...or it would be anything noticeable..its like those stupid "tornado" metal things you stick in the air vent..well once the butterflys(throttle body thing that opens..caled a butterfly) the air aint swirling..but the spacers do make noise and no horsepower..there is one on the market that doesnt make noise though..apparently
