As the UK DC and Sundown rep, it makes sense that like a lot of you guys i should be running DC Sundown.
I am running in my Daily Hack/Demo car 2 x LV4 15's (Chrome) with 2 x Sundown SAZ1500D amps, with a sundown SAX100.4D up front currently on a set of DLS Ultimate Iridium comps, but soon to be a set of DC comps (when they are made!!!).
There will be a whole set of build pics coming over soon.

The guys got every right to be impressed with this - its in a Sprinter van (i think you have them as Dodges/Freightliners over there - over here they are mercedes.)
1 x DC LVL412 with the woven leads, on a Orion HCCA2400 (1200w RMS) in a 2 cuft box with 24 sq inches of port tuned to 32.

So i am over in the UK here - basically this is as near as you get to a Ford Fusion in europe - similar interior (although a bit classier than the fusions), but with slightly more "agressive" styling inside and out.
2.0 TDCi (Common Rail Diesel) engine - 115hp, 190nm torque, 5 speed shift, 50mpg @ 65mph, 35+ city mileage. Diesel is the ONLY way in europe now. Common rail diesel is worth readin up on!
55 Plate = Oct 2005-March 06 registration. Vanity plate about to go on, H19 HDB - or HI9H DB
Anyway - a few piccies i took tonight - its filthy - only got her today and did 200 miles down the freeway in the rain and salt on the way back !!!
I added the alloys today (not bad going i think - new 18" alloys on the same day as collection, as steelies just wern't going to cut it !
Got a leather wheel from a Titanium X (UK Top Spec) coming hopefully mon as well, plus got a few other bits i want to do
Nice car.

no more xmax, BUT more BL, so therefore can push more air through the port, and therefore more output in a ported box :D:D:D

I have been busting rusty's balls about these today alone.
HOWEVER - theres something FAR MORE exciting in the pipeline....................but i'll let rusty tell you about that himself........:D:D:D

Hi guys,.
First of all that was a car that myself and my mate dan built for a customer. It had Oz Audio Matrix Elites in first.
It now has 8 x Level 4 12's in it with 1300w RMS per sub.
Does 155 at 30hz with 1 door open. 31hz is its PEAK for burping!!!!
Professa took the vid, my mate dan passed it to rusty.
Its not in the 130-139.9 class - its at a db drag in the background.
At that show we got a complaint from someone who lived over 2/3rds of a mile away!!!!!
The song is ICEMAN J "Basshead" (the quad) - off "Nuthin but a bass thang" CD. With an epicenter.
I can provide a mp3 if its not against forum rules

Power from a us amps md3d (gen1)

5cuft tuned 37hz

Well, work started today on an install into the BMW.
The main thrust of todays work was to get the steel frame into position in the rear of the car, ready for the main woodwork to start going in tomorrow
We have now got 5 runs of speaker cable down each side of the car, 2 0AWG ground, 2 x 0AWG power running down to the original chassis ground point and battery terminal. (the car has 1 x 0AWG run down from Alt to Battery as standard, may upgrade this if we fit a bigger alternator to it - 140 in there at the moment!), and 3 x RCA's going to the front.
-
does it not normally move like that? that would be cuurazy haha jp jp
nah thats about how the woofer was moving other than the flex - it was moving the full 2.5 inches
-
