I get it. I've had systems a lot of us here would laugh at one point in my life. I know better now, but didn't then.
It is a shame to see an Impala wasted though. They should only go to those that treat them right! (like with an LS swap! )- 2

Bola you should've just bought a Jensen. You spent all that money and sound quality seems to be the furthest thing from your mind. I got a ddx371 I'll trade. You can watch while driving.
Sound quality? You haven't listened to his album, "My Bass Clips", have you?

A Scwinn Predator was my first pro bike. I had a good summer walking beans when I was 12 to pay for it. (back when I could walk) Like the pic, but with an ACS pro rotor. I had to constantly clean the mags with simple green to keep the brakes hooking up.

I can admit, I have a total bro-crush on you. In my imagination I switch between you and Tony D. Some nights I imagine both of you at the same time! (no homo)

I made him an offer on his DD-1 and he said that was too much, and gave me a better price. Stand up guy all the way.

Yep. A whole lot of refreshing today. Must be heavy traffic.

I also recommend not getting a prefab. Have one built to spec. You've got a serious sub, don't skimp on the box. A shitty box will make that awesome sub sound shitty.

Is that Aunt Jemima or Mr's Butterworth?

I'd just torch them off at this point. A sawzall would take forever.
He can't torch them out. He can damage the shackles or leaf spring. Impact is your best friend. Specially those heavy duty ones like the tire shops have. A good heat to them and a shower of wd 40 then a few hours later they just spin with some heat and impact
My dad is a surgeon with a torch. He can cut bearings without damaging the race. I assumed he was replacing the leaf springs.

like the same anti seeze you use on sparkplug boots, or brakes?
good tip though.
I use the permatex anti seize, you can a get a bottle that will last you forever for around $10.
You can get it at almost any parts store.

Just be forewarned that if you get it on your skin it will spread everywhere.
Do you think anti-seize could cure epilepsy?

I'm just playing around Steve, don't get mad. A lot of people on here go nuts over someone calling impedance rise box rise. We all know what you mean though. I just thought it was a little humorous that even the big dog refers to it as box rise. Bass on!
-
Remember this test is ON SPEAKERS which are under box rise conditions as well as impedance changes JUST from moving. So anything over 1000 on a real speaker is GREAT IMO.
Aw, hell no.
