I don't know why I'm doing this or telling you guys. You told me to stop. I will probably never pay the money for this. Anyway, there's a guy I know, he had (9) 15s in a Cadillac Escalade. He traded nine 15s for (4) 18s (sundown). I heard the (9) 15s but not the (4) 18s yet. He would tell me the flea market is garbage all the time. He said don't buy flea market crap. He said spend some real money and get u sum good quality even if u got prefab boxes. He said he bought like 4 or 5 war zone amps from my guy and every single one got messed up. He used to buy off my guy. But now he says he almost had to do something bad to my car audio guy. He's a cool guy he's like family. I don't really think he would beat up the car audio dealer at the flea. He said lanzar is trash. And after he traded his (9) 15s for (4) sundown 18s, and told me his (5) warzone amps all broke. I'm starting to think warzone isnt good. But this is the last lil flea pic

He said he thought his problem was the sub out being at +15. I was just assuring him that's not the problem.
if his sub out distorts at volume 26 and the front distorts at 32 then his sub out being at +15 is the issue and he needs to back it off.
I see what you're saying. I'm just saying if you set it up with the sub out at 0 it renders the sub level control useless. The volume would have to be set at 32 and then the sub level raised until the distortion light blinks.

nalacos- you need to set the gains with the sub level at +15. If you set it at 0 then you can't use your sub level control because anything above 0 would cause it to distort.
If you want more bass you need more watts or bigger woofers, or both. If you're used to any kind of club or concert or really good home system, two sealed tens isn't really a lot of bass.
Are the woofers moving? If they are moving they are doing their thing. Could you get a video of the subs playing for us?
If the mids and highs are working well tuned with the dd-1 then that proves your dd-1 is working.
It really just sounds to me like you are expecting too much from your two 10"s.
I dont recall anyone saying put the sub out at 0.
what i am saying to do is basically gain match the sub out with the front out on the headunit. then go set the amps. It does not matter where the sub out is set as long as it distorts at the same time the front out does. What's the point of even setting the amp gain if you are just going to send it a distorted signal?

How could I take all the caps I had(any kind of caps) and crack them all with one whop?
We had the paper roll caps and no cap guns. we either:1) Lit it on fire2) dropped a brick on it3 Scraped a rock cross each and every one to make them popit was ghetto
i always just hit em with a hammer as a kid ....

We cut the paper ones in to sections and stuffed them in my dads smokes, we only did it once.
