Good luck man - I really hope everything works out for you. That's a lot of time and effort you've put in.
-
silver w/ black or dark grey stripes
-
I really like the silver for the pathie - - w/ maybe a little bit of white accents here and there - it'd look real nice.
-
Awesome stuff - couldn't have gone any smoother. Thanks man, Pat

it is a cool car - I had a black 86 supra a few years back - should have never let that one go...
I think that the 17's would look really good

Allright, My good buddy has a 84 Celica GTS, all stock for now. Looking for a 1ish drop for the front - the back 2" is already taken care of w/ the stereo and the 20yr old suspension. New bushing kit and sway bars are already in the works (on the way soon).
Pretty much, we're just looking for a set of 17-18" wheels, 45ish series tires, nice 1" drop, that'll fit with stock backspacing which is 35mm, 4 on 4.5" rims. Chrome will look stupid - black, gunmetal or, bronze will be the ticket....
Right now the tires are 255/60(65 maybe)/R14
Need to make this thing look PIMP Thanks, Pat

Steve has the coolest scion XB ever.... Scientists are great.......

That would make for a bad day there!!!
-
Sorry bro, I was denied the first time that I tried to enlist also. It sucks bad... Good luck man.

Sawzall will do the trick, or a chop saw if you have the room. I work with metal alot, nothing a good sawzall and a good welder can't take care of. If the sawzall isn't fast enough, then an angle grinder w/ carbon cutting discs will work real well too.

I like those blue caps! and the silver beanie! Nice stuff man!
The long sleeve white shirt on the website is awesome too, might have to order one today.
-
WOW Nice purchase! I think u need 2 more and then some videos to go with them!

Sweet!!

I think I just splooged
Yeah, I can't stop looking at them - just need to get the time to get everything together, finish up ordering a couple things, just been really busy for the last month or so.

This is an older post from the site, but it has tons of good info in it along the same lines as your questions...

Pole chamfer is the hole on the bottom of the mag. that vents the voice coil and reduces pressure on the dustcap
I think cooling are more vents, but lead straight to the VC on the top of the mag. all the way around the basket.
Hi XMAX voice coil just means more excursion (the cone moves more)
and to tell you the truth I dont know what universal is unless it involves the terminals on the sub?
The universal option allows for the installation of any different voice coil from the same series of subs. It allows you to swap out the v/c's for whatever config you need at the time.

those things are monsters. How much did u pay for each??
449 - not quite fully loaded.

Woah! I never knew they all had slightly different specs, thats sweet.
Yeah, I guess you can never put together anything electronic exactly the same every time. Every little part on all the Circuit Boards are going to be just a little bit different, built by different companies, different batches, different tolerences - Different end result almost every time..

Damn only 2191? Thats the lowest birthsheet I've heard of on a T2k.
My bad - you want me to trade it in for a new one?
If youre just looking for the big number on the sheet, it's 2324 WRMS.
-
that's on the T2k right?
yup
-
whats the certificate say its really pushing?
I don't remember what the older one was - the new one is 2191 RMS at 1 ohm.

I just bought two of them about two weeks ago! nice amps man
Bet you're not disappointed.
Carpet Cleaning Help
in Interior / Exterior / Paint - Detailing, washing, waxing, tricks of the trade!
Posted
Well - I have all of the seats out of the Suburban right now, and I have about 2 weeks and no time really before all the new stuff goes in. The carpet is TRASHED!!!!, not like worn out, but just dirty in general.
What is the best way to get it cleaned up?? Should I pull it and take it in to a cleaner, or what??? Same with the seats - they could use some cleaning. The whole truck interior is that Chevy gray - Cloth - Not leather.....
Looking for something that'll clean while I do other stuff i guess - - - - something to spray on and soak, then clean up later with not so much scrubbing.....
