once i do some work on the van and get a shell i will decide exactly what i wanna do...... i gotta see how high and wide i have to work with. i know its like 51" tall or a bit higher and like 64" wide or more. these were just rough measures. and the box can be like 9' deep lol.
i will be welding in a steel cage for my shell. so this is going to be my winter project.

1986 chevy with a v8 350. power windows. locks. steering. AC/rear AC. need to get the ac looked at its leaking somewhere. only lasts 3 days the guy said.

i dont need to break a 160. ive never had a person not impressed in person for "only" doing a 156. i wouldnt wanna upgrade just to break a 160 and then if i dont i just wasted money because its fine the way it is now.

yeah, heaps of people in the same spot. i was sent dual alts and both of them COMPLETE DUDS. its basically a lost cause right now. who knows, maybe later on when stuff gets cleared people will be able to find some type of compromise. and hopefully....some form of a win win situation. because as it stands...i have two 300 amp dominators just sitting here collecting dust.
u know how easy and cheap it is to fix a GM alternator?
