It's always good to hear from someone who has the exact same setup you are looking for. I did find out I live about 20min from ct sounds though so that's always good to know.

Your not allowed to do comparisons or vs between two different products.I also think the x-15 if you tune the box right and gave it enough power you'd be happy with it. Oh my bad, well then I guess ill put my single 12 setup for sale.

I might go with a CT sounds 1400.1 now that you mention them. Fits right in the budget.As far as port area goes I could go 14.5x7 for right at 101in^2 of port area That's what I'd do. I think you'd be happy with it. How much port area would be good on the 2 12's?

Better amp option on a budget? Say in the $2-300 range?

Well I listen to a lot of rap and decaf stuff so I was thinking the 2 12's would be a better option. I also thought they would have more surface area so they would be louder. But I don't know if that's exactly true.

Right now I have a single Sa12 in a 2 cube box ported at 32hz with 31.25in^2 of port area. Running on 1250w at 1 ohm from a power acoustik BAMF amp. The plan is to either upgrade to a single x15 in a 4 cube box tuned to 32hz or add another sa12 in a 5 cube box tuned to 34hz. Either case my amp will get changed out to a audiopipe 1800.1. The system is in a 2014 chevy cruze with stock electrical. Which setup would be louder?
