  1. So i went to set a buddies gains after helping him install and noticed my DD-1 disc had a fat smudge on it that wont come off. Shit happens right even to a person who takes extremely good care of there equipment and tools. So anyways i can use my IASCA IDBL disc for 40 hz for now but i would really like to see about getting a replacement disc for my DD-1 to keep it all original. Searched the forum and didnt run across anything about replacement discs. Anyone got any info or a email or way of contacting D'Amore engineering?

  2. Read the manual. This is what they say "Play track 3,5 or 7 on test CD (Track 3 will ensure maximum sound quality, Track 7 will result in a louder system, Track 5 is a compromise). Your choice... # 3 is -5db. 5 is -10db. 7 is -15db. Im not sure how track 7 results in a louder system but yeah thats what it says. lol

  3. if you are facing foward you should seal it off. otherwise you will be loosing alot of bass trust me. but sealing it off completely is a bitch

Ya dude I got the trunk stripped down and there is ALOT to seal off. I been using dynamat xtreme and the shit aint cheap either. I seen on ebay like 36 sq ft of some stinger deadner for like $99. I will just do what I can now and slowly seal it off piece by piece. lol
  4. So I was working on replacing my struts and had to tear out the back interior to get to the top of the strut tower and im pulling out the old stock 6x9s anyways in the process and I have a shit load of open holes. when sound deadening what is recommended? I know im putting it around where I drop in my 6x9s and I was thinking just use it to cover all the areas with holes in the metal. I know I shouldn't have to cover everything, I mean I could but im trying to only use it where its REALLY NEEDED if you know what I mean. Here some pics of what it looks like.
