  1. this is not true. period. i know it's not exactly true. I'm just being sarcastic because this topic should be over. PERIODyou are part of the problem
  2. you bet it is, and i feel like i came out with less info than when i started it. So many different answers i dont know what shit is right or wrong Not too hard to figure it out. i understand that not, but i'm saying there are some people giving me a certain answer and some giving me another answer, which just complicates a thread that should have been simple

  4. i bought 250 amp fuses for the alt + and amp + wire. Will this be enough since the chart said 325amp fuse at the max?
  5. Cresendo has two 1500 watt amps. One is ment for mids and the other is for subs, they are built different hope you chose the correct one.*** this is the one for subs *** http://www.down4soundshop.com/symphony-s1500-1-out-of-stock-eta-tbd/ *** this one is for mids *** http://www.down4soundshop.com/symphony-s1500-1f-this-model-is-for-mid-range-not-subs/ Just in case you didnt know yeah i was looking at the right one, thanks for the clarification though. What is the difference between the s1500.1 and the s1500.1f?
  6. so would it be more beneficial to run a 250 or 300 amp fuse for my 0 gauge? or is it a minimal difference between the 2? i feel so stupid, but i just dont want to see my car go up in flames from a small mistake.

  8. That's not how it works ok so i read your post and i guess ill go with 250amp fuse because its kind of in the middle, but enough to keep my system safe. One other question, i'm also thinking of buyin the Crescendo s1500.1, how do i know what fuse size to use for that? is it the same deal as with the alternator or is it different?
  9. ok that makes sense. im also looking at buying a crescendo s1500.1 for my subs, but i dont know which specs i need to look at to calculate the fuse that i would need. is it the volts x amperes = watts to figure out the fuse size?
  10. ugh, so many different answers i dont know which one is the most correct. one of you says 250-300 and one says 150...
  11. i understand that but i was told that you that you still need to fuse the power wire for the big 3. im buying sky high ofc but i dont know what fuse size i need
  12. about to buy wire to upgrade my big 3, but cant find any forums or information that say what size fuse i need for the wire. the alternator is 145 amps if that helps.
  13. Im just going to use random numbers here but i need some help. say that im wiring 2 subs rated 500 watts rms together and 1000 watts max. do i find an amp that i can wire around 500 watts or an amp that i can wire around 1000 watts
  14. I was just wondering around how many watts rms would be need to keep the lows, mids, and highs pretty even without having one taking over the other
