Hey guys, I recently installed my new alternator in my 2001 VW Golf and it will not charge at idle, like it will literally gives no output, however, step on the gas and raise the RPMs 200 more and I go from 12.8 to 14.8 and it outputs lotss and lots of amperage as it should once the RPMs are up. Moral of story- 600 RPMs no output, 750-800 great voltage-output
