    I had the same issue with my Pioneer 5800, rcas making a bad noise going to the amp. so I figure its the deck. I like pioneer, but this is the 3rd time I seen this issue on SMD, and on my on deck first hand. I think its a bad solder connection to chassis ground on the RCA out, or a lose connection on the RCA + If you get a small wire, and ground the shielding of the RCA, the noise will almost totally go away, but its still there

    New deck, or have someone look at it

    how much would that cost? also i told a friend of mine that im looking at a jensen indash dvd player and he says dont do it cuz the sub outputs arent as good as the pioneers that they put out less any truth to this?

    Ok this will be a lengthy post so bare with me.

    First off I have a 2004 or 2005 pioneer premier cd player and about two weeks ago i noticed that one sub was not pushing as much as the other, being that i have two amps (one per speaker) i figured maybe its one of the amps. So i connected both speakers to one amp (the side thatwas working) and then both started pushing correctly but then the subs started playing on thier own. Even if i had the volume to zero the subs kept playing kinda like a playing a tone. When I connected both speakers to one amp i had to add a piece of speaker wire to one sub to lenghtin the wire but I noticed that when i put the wires together they would bond together almost like that were magnetized and would spark when I pulled them apart. so i connect the amps rca jacks to the rear output rca's of the cd player and all the problem just went away. of course the bass is not as good. So today i figured id mess with the system to try to get it working. I plugged the rca's back into the sub outputs and now it works but it picks up engine noise, when i rev the motor i hear it from the subs. Also now when i raise the volume my voice speakers make a high pitched screeching sound with a snowy sounds like a tv makes with a snow screen. oh and my right front speakers dont work now. whew.. Im figure that my cd player is going out, anybody else have any suggestions?

    I need to get this fixed a.s.a.p. because one week from now im suppossed to go to my first soundoff, some car audio club has invited me, i guess they are curious about my system.

    I love thig place im learning alot here im actually getting ready to start my first build with the things ive been researching here, i dont mind a little sarcasm or some joking around but when somebody straight up derespects you then i take it personal and i have had a few of those here.

    But hey i look at it like i know they wouldnt say whatever it was if i was standing in front of them.

    so i was head to work out and realized that i didnt have my ID so i was heading home and down this one road "jackson" i always do like 55-60 bc the speed limit is 50mph soo i was doin 53 and saw a cop...hit the brakes of course. and he came after me...(now the day before i was doin 95 on that road soo...) he pulled me over, dont forget i dont have my ID, he asked if i new why i got pulled over, i said i must have been speeding. he says i clocked you at 53 im like okay... he asked for license and reg. and i told him that i didnt have my ID and i was on my way home to go pick it up...so he asked for SS# and date of birth and name... I RAN!!!!!!!!!!!!

    JK i gave him my info and he came back like 10 min later...so im thinkin im gunna get a ticket. he comes back and says..."we just change the speed limit on this road from 50 to 40 mph so im just out here to let people know that it was been changed and they need to adjust..." so im like fuk im gunna get a ticket for goin 13 over... he just gave me my Reg. back and told me to watch my speed...

    thank the lord....

    i would have been gettin ready to take a crap lol basterd cop he just wanted to scare the crap out of you LOL

    So my wife was on her way home for lunch today, but before she got out of her parking space, a lady in a 2007 Escalade backed into her. She was in my civic. I left a small dent, but a dent nonetheless, so they exchanged info, and went on about their business. She called me on her way home, and told me what happened. I asked here if she was ok, and then who's fault was it. She said it was the other persons fault. So I was thinking score, i am fixing to fix my rearend on my car. She came home, and i snapped a few pics. Then i made contact with their insurance company in which the other party had already contacted, and admitted fault. They told me to go get an estimate, and they would cut me a check in the next week or two. My estimate came out to be $490.97. The drivers side quarter panel extension is smashed, and my tail lights were cracked. So i am getting a new trunk lid, new taillights, new rear bumper, and new quarter panel extensions on both sides.

    damn sorry to hear about your car but at least the insurance is gonna take care of you, my car got wrecked and im fighting a war with a construction company to get it fixed :mad:

    thanks bro.....yea im going to but being that i want 24's and they aint cheap its prob gonna be a while prob about 6 months......im gonna hook up the inside with a double din dvd and a good front stage then prob save up for tha shoes

    Man I used to drive those tahoe's at my old job and i have to say I loved them they handle nicely and have the feel of durability. I have wanted one since then but cant afford it because with all the room they have id go broke trying to fill it if you guys know what I mean ;):D

    These past 4 days, I've been in borderline 4 fights... I feel like I need anger management but its not me.. its the other fucking retards.. NO ONE HAS RESPECT FOR MY PROPERTY anymore, NO ONE, and I can't take it any more..

    Day one:

    Im beatin after school waiting to get out of the parking lot.. a "acquaintance" of mine comes up to my truck and starts dancing.. the fuck stick throws his book about a foot in the air and it lands on top of my truck.. naturally.. im irate (maybe Im wrong to go off on him but I dk) I first start off nice like "what the hell did you do that for, theres probably a fucking dent now" (you may not consider that nice but its nicer than hit first ask questions later).. now an apology would have been fine but he replys telling me how I should calm down that im out of line.. that it didn't do anything so I exchange a few words with him, go to drive off he says something about how I should man up and get out of the truck so I just dump the clutch stalling the truck get out and get in his face.. and he wouldn't even look me in the eye and just looks away repeating how he's gonna beat my ass and such, the pussy wouldn't do anything once I got out.. ok now thats over

    DAY 2

    I go to merge on the highway.. 4 people move over to the left lane to let me in (how nice, I know right) then I turn on and some asshole squeezes in between me passing people in the slow car lane where im merging on running me off the road so naturally I chunk up the solo flyer aka flipped him off and he decides OH NOES SOME DUDE FLIPPED ME OFF CUZ IM AN IDIOT... TAKE THIS!!! slams on this fucking brakes slides into the other lane and in my lane almost wrecking FOUR vehicles... im irate how this guy is a fucking idiot.. so I speed up and follow him he weaves into traffic and I just start going normal with the flow of traffic again and decided he wasn't worth it then he's taunting me to get off the exit with him as he's getting off (it was too late for me to turn or else I would have) this also had me very angered

    DAY 3.. to top it all off

    Im in the school parking lot once again, im sitting there with my buddy just listening to music, out of nowhere some fuckstick that I used to be friends with last year runs and jumps on my hood DENTING THE SHIT out of it, claiming he was trying to hood slide my truck, he thinks im joking when I open the door and hit him with it and telling him im going to rape his face with my fist, and told him to get the fuck away... I dk that made me about to go overboard thats all i've thought about for the past 3 hours is him doing that and the more i think about it the more angry I am.. I popped most of the dent back out but you can still tell from inside that it has a curve in it... I can't believe how people can be so disrespectful to may damn property.. im about to go insane

    Am I going nuts.. am I out of line? Or WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE

    hey i dont blame you i get the same way, in fact i get scared of what i might do if somebody messed with my car. Whats worse is that right now alot of custom cars are being ripped off and stripped. I have made it clear what will happen if somebody steals my car.

    Ok heres the story, im chillin in the intersection down the street from my house waiting for the light and then this SUV in front of me decides he wants to bump his shit......so you KNOW i had to let him have it. Well i fired up a gucci mane song "pyrex pot" and it took a few seconds before the beat hit, but in the meantime the highs was' tickin pretty hard. So i look over and i got the attention of some brothas in the gas station on the corner and i just shake my head and acknowlege the battle thats about to happen when this beat drops. So you know the song kicked in and i shut that dude down HARD in front of me and he sped off. I didnt get it on tape because i wasnt prepared and i didnt think much of it anyway. Well one of the brotha's from the gas station comes over to my window trippen and he wants to hear that shit....so you KNOW I pulled into the parking lot and showed it to them :D Even had an old lady in another car shit her pants damn near haha

    Do i need to keep going with this story :D anyway im editing it up right now........gimme 10 min plus 10min for dave to upload.

    (sorry for the tease its on the way)
