  1. Did you try this?Scanned over that, but I got everything to work! Plugged in the negative RCA instead of positive and I got the lights. Head unit doesn't distort also :-) the negative RCA ?... wtf does that mean ?Uh, not quite sure, I checked to see if I put the RCA's in the wrong spot on the back of the h/u, but they're all in the correct place, so. Im asking you dude. "Plugged in the negative RCA instead of positive and I got the lights" what does that mean ? you have a positive RCA cable, and a negative one ? Thats what im asking you by your comment... Oh. I'm really not the dumbass I seem to be lol. But, to clear it up, the left was the one that gave me signal (black) right (red) did not.
  2. The Crescendos and Tweets in the front are on a RF P400.4, back door speakers are off the h/u. Back speakers don't sound too great at all compared to how good the Crescendos do now.

  5. On the head unit it's 125, the highs amp is the same. Just sounds best there IMO. If your HU HPF is set to 125, how the fuck do you expect a 40hz track get detected?Well it would be easy because it's turned off when I'm using the dd-1.And this is all being done through the sub amp/sub-out RCA's, not the mids amp
  6. The volume is only at 45 out of 62... I was setting my gain at 45 because at 48 it "sounds" like its distorting on the 40hz track. Track 1 Dude... your fucking lost....Read your manual. If you want to find where your HU makes noise at... you need to play both the 40hz tone and the 1k. Dude.. read that lil white paper that came with that THINGY you bought... This is not rocket science. .. I am reading it lol, I've read it over and over again. I do everything it says, don't get any signal light or anything even when maxed out. This is the case only when I'm just trying to see where my head unit distorts. Did you run BOTH tracks ?EDIT- if you dont get a SIGNAL.. then something is not right... period. Only tried the 40hz track because I don't get a signal light so why bother with the 1khz track. What could be wrong then? Coming right off the deck RCAs ? or are you look from the amp ?If off the deck, what RCA's did you use ? the sub out ?... are all RCA's open/full ? This is through the amp. Straight from the RCA's I still get nothing.RCA's are knukonceptz Krystal. Yes sub out. Open or full?

  11. Sorry man I got caught up with stuff, and I'm at school now. Will have the news around 4 pm (Eastern)Well, I got a signal 40hz/1kh light to come on so that's a plus. Still can't get it to tell me where my h/u distorts. Hmm.

  13. This is all awesome info, crazy thing is though, the manual that came with my dd-1 says the same thing. What a concept. Haha. You are correct, but my appreciation was really directed towards the info on the Crescendo Amps.
  14. Also some of the older DD-1s with the recessed rca connection in the top, There are some RCA cords that have ends that are too bulky to get the cable to fit into the opening, which wont make a contact and you wont get a signal.Ive had this happen a few times. Hmm. Alright. So for both dd1 and cc1, use the positive and negative speaker inputs? Does it matter which one?
  15. I meant on the right side with the + it's in the left one. And if you read, I can't find out where my head unit distorts because I get NO led illumination.
  16. So I turn on the high pass filter on the h/u? There's no low pass. I'm a little confused here on the rest of what you said.
