what you need to do is subtract the wood thickness from all panels for each measurement
usually 2 panels on each for a basic box. more depending on if using multiplelayered baffles etc
not very complicated

ive had 2 different MA amps, and had problems with both of em. one of em induced serious noise into my system when a direct swap back to my og and other amps were fine. the second, was protection happy at 2ohms [monoblock] and would get hot.
so to say the least, i will never have another reguardless of model
