one hell of a first amp!

first brand new amp i bought was a Coustic Power Logic AMP260 rated at 45x2 @ 4ohm. had a pair of Bumper 10s on it first. the sticker on the back of the magnet said "180 watts peak!" haha.

to make it even better, i had all that in my room first powering from a wet cell battery, sending signal to a sanyo pullout i thought was the shit due to it claiming 2v preouts

oh ok, but does it actually sound like a sub woofer or what effect does it have???? saw one being raffled on CACO and thought it was pretty interesting? got me wondering how it functioned.

its very un-conventional obviously, but pretty cool for what it does. provides a decent amount of displacement from what i remember, but has its limits also since it was 90s technology.

hard to descibe how it sounds, you would just have to hear one in person.

BP Power: This option adds a machined aluminum compression plug to the pole which helps channel all of the air under the dustcap around the coil for better cooling. To aid with this increased airflow we also add 6 axial cooling channels in the top plate. Along with increased thermal capacity comes the addition of an extra spider and a changed spider pack. All of these features increase power handling from 200-500 Watts depending on the application.
