I have a question about this epicenter I got. I have a kenwood excelon deck that has all the rcas in the back front rear and sub. I have my rcas coming from the sub channel of my deck to the epicenter then to my clarion eq then from the eq to the amps. I left the settings all stock on the epicenter and it makes the bass sound muddy. There's no bass boost at all from the deck on the amp. I kno I'm supposed to feed it full signal. Is it being from the sub channle of the deck ? Should I move the rcas to the fronts or the rears and. Ot use the sub ones ?

Ive been trying to save some cash here and there to buy a skar ma 8 from sonic electronix but then something always comes up and I dont have the $ to get it and now I see that they dont carry it anymore is there anywhere else I can get it at the price s e was selling it for ??? Im trying to get one now that x mas is over. Hard to save a buck with 6 kiddos walkin around always needed somethin

ive been busy so havent had time to post pics but tomorrow for sure im gonna get out there and get some pics. when i looked at my old alt and the new alt the old one has a bigger pulley on it so that one had no problem lining up straight and with the mechman alt the pully is smaller so the belt pulls inward on the alt which causes the belt to be off on the tensioner to where it almost wants to slip off i mean its right on the edge

Yea sorry ill post a pic tomorrow but mechman told me to get a belt that is a half inch short cuz of the pully so i did but as far as the shims washers adn spacers no i havent checked them :/ still new to this stuff learning more each day

i got a mechman 250 h/o alt for my 98 buick lesabre and its not aligned right on the tensioner pully and i got a new belt that was half an inch shorter then the oem one any suggetions ???
