update: I bought 2 Fis 15 fully loaded dual 1 ohm subs. I will prolly buy two more after a while OR i was thinkin about later maybe buyin 4 15 lv4xl we'll just see what happens thanks for everyones help

Was wondrin what ppl thought about these. I heard that they CAN be powerhouses but that they need a lot of juice to make em run efficiently. What inputs does everybody have on em? Im thinkin of running two older style BTLs on em at 1 ohm. What I gots here is a pioneer cd player for sale. Its got a remote control and a 3.5 mm aux cable that goes with it. I dont have the original box for it. Its a pretty good little cd player. Just got a call from my mom sayin my Grandpas cancer has turned into stage 4 terminal. He was stage 2 just two weeks ago. The cancer has spread that fast. Is there something you can use to separate the frequencies each set of components receive? I know theres sumthin ive seen before but i dont know how to do it :s

im pretty sure he used 8s and a 10 in the hoopty doors. But thats mainly what I was thinkin that it would pick up frequencies lost between my subs and 6.5s in the door. So I was thinkin maybe it would create a more "full" sound if that makes sense lol. "

Im gonna be gettin two 15 inch btls and im for sure gonna upgrade the stock placement speakers but i was wondrin if there is a need to maybe add more mids. I was wondrin if I added an 8 inch woofer in each door how much of a dif there would be? I was thinking about getting re audio res one in each door. Theres a tone that I always hear people use as comps. It goes through a different number of cycles. It says 20 cycles or whatever then the bass hits. What this called and where can i find it? I know its some sort of sweep or sumthing just not sure. Thanks guys
