im on a windows. I tried ctrl+v and It did nothing.

I tried to ad an image to my post and when I select the ''image'' icon im prompted to enter the url. once that box comes up it gets stuck up. I can move the screen behind it but cannot click on anything and the image box will not go away even if you x it out. I then tried to copy and paste the image code from photobucket and another site and it would not let me paste them.
