Thank you guys for helping me out... Now my next question would be can I just buy a new basket and recone kit for it?

Recently my friend had 2 12s up for sale in a ported prefab box with a Phoenix gold 2500 amp. Now I know both enclosure and amp aren't very valuable. However I did happen to see they were sundowns and knew they might be worth something. I ended up buying it all for 100 dollars. One sub had been "pushed in" while moving I tought it couldn't be that bad so I took it out and to my surprise the top part of the basket has broken off. I'm wondering a few things: 1.could this be fixed somehow? 2. Could I just hack up the enclosure to have one functioning 12? 3. Could somebody identify theses subs they are heavy with a good sized motor.
