  1. U didnt build the box, a pro did.... urs was tuned higher than mine, way more power, smaller hatch compared to a trunk, and a bigger. port, i would HOPE u would beat my score. now get a trunk car straight up and lets do some shit! lol

i did design and build the box that did a 154.5 @ 33hz. when you can burp that low OR that loud come fuck with me. till then stfu noob. not only did the box i built do the number that low, but it stays above 152 past your burp frequency.

  2. here is a tip for ya...put a weed border on the stuff you cut. make it a square/rectangle that is .2" larger than the design. example: art is 12.6" wide overall; weed border would be 13.0" wide, giving you a .2" square border around the art. this makes everything easier when weeding, masking and especially applying the decals. it gives you a straight section to put a tape strip on to hinge the decal for application. also if you work on a 30" roll, you should get 27" of useable width. on a 15" roll you will get 13". when you order vinyl get yourself an Olfa knife and a pack of blades for it, you'll never go back to the exacto! and try a few different types of squeegees to find the one that works for you for masking and installing.

    good luck man!

  3. www.gogsg.com this is one of the suppliers we used at the sign shop i ran for a few years. should have everything you need there color and material wise. try oracal vinyls, just as good as 3m but with a better price point. and your machine should use the 30" rolls when you order vinyl.

for transfer tape, we used r tape. on that website the vinyl stuff is under digital solutions.

  4. handles. it needs effing handles. after installing a level 6 18" in bassegg77's car, i say it needs a way to handle it. these bitches are heavy as fawk!.

also for anyone interested, it did a 155.4 with a folding chair partially blocking the port(oops). sub was also hurt at that point(thank you sundown for a HUGE turn off pop on 2 3500's strapped) sub sang when it played but still put down a good number.

  5. i figured being so great with the audioz you guys would have a tl on hand

or be close to one not have to go to a show to test your "supawoofa"

and yes i did read earlier

may have TL time tomorrow. maybe.

just because we don't have a TL on hand don't mean we don't know how to get loud. oldschool's caddy can do 156's...out of a trunk. deez tahoe does 153 on 2 4xl 18's on a pb 5k at 2 ohms. hell the SB4 world champ is part of the crew, his van does 160's on music. we can get loud.

on that note, maybe we can get on the mic tomorrow and get the whore's some vids with numbers attached. :good:

  6. well if its solid rock car, then it was the sound making that sound?

it said it was the car!?

the car is solid...but there is no real way of making the top of the hatch not move and slap metal to metal. and for all the "MOAR POWA"s this thing does have an atomic 7k in it. it'll get some powa soon enough. we are just trying to find its limits, as this is right a one of a kind without a recone available yet we are trying not to find the death limit, just work our way to where we feel we are getting negative returns.

if oldschool is right about it being louder than the caddy ya'll should be in for good scores. patience is a virtue grasshoppers.

  7. from the videos im seeing nothing more than what a lvl 5 could do. thats what i meant

i heard the level 5 and level 6 in this car. what you don't hear is the HUGE difference there is between the two. once you can swing even a level 5 then you can talk about not being impressed. this car has enough sound deadening in it that it feels like concrete, it doesn't rattle and flex like other cars. trust me when i say this would make your dd sound like the 8" that came stock in my tahoe
