1st t-line enclosure and build....

Well why did the last amp burn up? I'd be more concerned about that before buying another expensive amp. aka investigate the issue so it don't happen again.
What's your budget?
-
One of my 15's is from the yardsale. The issue? Nothing! A little....ok a lot of excessive glue around the spider. But so what. Not gonna be seen. It functions and plays fine. SA is very picky about quality of their product. Oh the sub was 210 shipped to my doorstep. Can't beat that for being dam near new.

Sonic has gone downhill a lot recently. A quick google search will confirm this as well as other people who have dealt with them recently. On another forum, a member on there has stated they shut down one of their warehouses for some unknown reason.

Meh, it is a good idea but basket diameters changed constantly. I've always had good luck with spiked t-nuts and matching allenhead bolts. Loosen and tighten all day long. The problem is most people have a strongarm hence why the t0nuts don't always work out for them. Or just too rough.
Wouldn't mind seeing a pic or two of the protype final stages assembled. Or hell, make a vid then throw it up on youtube for the world to see. You might even start small side work doing those.

It's up now...my computer or photobucket is running slowwwww.....

Not very often I see speakers mounted in the ceiling!

Wow. I've bought from them many times w/o issues. Even returned an item because it didn't fit. Again, w/o issues.
I'm reading more and more people having problems with them. I wonder what got changed, what's going on.
Keeping communication with them is the most important key in your situation. I know how frustrating it can be when things get mixed/intertwined in the mix.

Those are some big little subs. lol is that mill in the background yours? I would love to have something like that in my garage.
Sure is. I posted a pic of it a few pages back. Bought it from Harbor Freight tools a long time ago for like 900 cash. That kurt vise is the popular 6" one. Got it for free from work. They were getting rid of some old vises making room for new vises. There was a bunch of vise parts on a pallet outside so I asked if I could grab one or two. Being the machinist I am, I cleaned them up, basically rebuilt a few out of a bunch that looked best. Works just as good as a new one.

How old are you?
and I was thinking the same shit, it some weird people who visit this site, lol
how old is who?
And why do I need a reason to post up a family member of mine? People post pics of other people all the time, I've noticed. Is this the way you guys treat new people? If that's the case, say something and I'll stop. However, it's the post random pics thread, I didn't break any rules and I don't see anything wrong with the pic I posted.
