It's a twisted 3.5 k and a pioneer avh 270 and i have the subsonic all the down and the lpf all the way up

Hey guys got my dd1 in it reads 40hz fine from the amp and head unity but won't read 1khz from either the amp or head unit. Yes I'm reading the directions it just won't read 1khz :(((((( helps me asap ready to bang again!!!
