thats the thing man. I don't wanna appear in court. I'm sure if I would dress nice, have a decent cut, looked professional, none of this crap would happen but I am myself and I'm not gonna dress nice just incase I get pulled over they'll say "he's a business man". I treat every officer with respect, and dignity when I get pulled over and I still get fucked up the ass. the letter is saying I have to appear 4/17/09 or my license can be suspended, and I can have a warrant. but it says, something bout 4 days prior to appearance. here's what it says. no later than four (4) business days prior to the court date shown above, you may request a continuance of this court date by either allin (630)4078600 or by appearing in person at the circuit court clerks office, or by mailing in a letter to circuit court clerk. This violation may be paid by mail or in person at the circuit clerks office or online at www.dupagecase.com atleast four business days prior to the court date shown. if you do not satify this violation and fail to appear as notified the court may issue a warrant for your arrest and if this is a traffic offense, case your license to be suspended. your failure to appear will also result in additional costs being assessed against you.

Yah, im so flustered I got the dates mixed up wasn't lookin at my computer calender correctly. Ticket was issued 3/2/09 Monday around 7 am. I went to class, they all knew about the ticket, went to work, talked to the boss on what to do, Went to the bank, filled out money order 3/2/09 $75.00 Tuesday Class again, and I handed the money order to my owner who put the stamp on it and mailed it that day. So, from 3/3/09 until w.e they should of got that letter 2 days at the latest the court place is like 10 minutes from where I work. so, it was WAY before than TEN DAYS. There should be no reason for this letter, or court appearance. Yah, I was on court supervision for 1st time for 90 days and passed with flying covers, I have no record, and no PUNCHES on my license it's all CLEAN. and that wasn't even from the same county that was from State Police where I live WILL COUNTY Court. so I paid the ticket the 2nd day which was Tuesday 3/3/09. Received the notice 3/17/09. due 4/17/09 8:30 am. god this thread is confusing

well, what the fuck am i opposed to do? pull a superman out of my ass? I had the class Monday & Tuesday it was issued Monday, had money order Tuesday, sent it in wednesday. 3/2/02 up until 3/12/09 which is 10 days. If it was sent out 3/3/09 it should not take a week for them receive it. my dad says dont worrie about it, give them a call monday. it was on a monday so 3/2/09 Ticket Issued. Same exact day I wen't to the bank because I was off from work after the class, and I filled out the money order. 3/2/09 was Tuesday the last day of class + the certification test. After school I dropped by my work and gave the envelope to the owner who put a stamp on it and mailed it in on that day. So, from 3/2/09 until 3/13/09 ur telling me that is not enough time to receive it?

ok, i vented which is for edited post. The only explanation I can think of is the owner mailed it late, I will have to find out when he mailed the ticket but I will for sure give the court a call on monday and I will look at the date I got the ticket, and when I paid it. I have the receipt in my car. Ok, after going into my bank account the date I withdrew money for the ticket was 3/02/09. That means I received the ticket 3/1/09. So, I did the money order 3/2/09 and It was mailed 3/3/09 that is when I gave it to the owner and he put a stamp on it and mailed it that day. it is now 3/20/09. I received the notice 3/17/09. that means I paid it before 10 days and no court should be required.

it just sucks, u get promoted because ur opposed to be the "hero" and better than all the other managers and be different in a good way and all that fucking pressure they put on me, than sayin we have to be there on time, I mean the thing that upsets me is Even though I was late, I still got in so there was no need to panic in the first place but the way they was tellin me is at 7 am they lock the doors.

I did not pay it late I had 10 days to pay it, I send it out the 2nd day after I got it. theres no way it took that long for them to receive it. it's 3/20 today. I got that ticket like around middle of February because that's my birth month. I don't have the ticket on me it's in my car but i'm pretty damn sure it was February because I got the ticket before my birthday which is 2/26/87.

it's like this pretty much. The night before Sunday I had to close because they liked to screw me over and not show up since I became manager and I wasn't opposed to close. Needless to say I got home at midnight (45) min drive to get home and couldn't fall asleep until 3:30 am. I woke up at 6 and had to be at the class at 7. Accident on expressway backed me up 6 exits. So, im driving on 3 hours of sleep on streets I have not driven in years and where I'm from speed limit is minium 40. So, they telling me I have to be there at 7 on the dot or I can't get in and it's $200 per person. So, im trying to get there fast as I can to make up for loss time, and I end up paying for it. This is all I have to say "if you need to be somewhere at a certain time make sure you leave earlier enough to get there with time to spare". I drive like an old granny now.

Yah, I'm call them monday and get this shorted, Im not a reckless driver, I'm not a speeder, wrong place wrong time. It just puts a lot of pressure on me because I don't go crazy in the lanes, I keep car length, signal, ect ect I see ass holes all the time like tonight speeding and cutting people off without even a signal. my old neighbor is a cop, I will see if he can help me out as well. An officer pulls you over, you just got off court supervision (90 days) like 6 months ago he gives you a ticket, but doesn't take your license or say you need court appearance. you have 10 days to pay it, pay it the 2nd day you get the ticket. yah, u watch the video all the players are in SYNC, meaning they moving at the same time. To use ur special Mode, you need to dance to get bars. here's some videos of the actual game footage and not dancing. this is NATION WAR. when you reach a certain level you choose a Nation. The oposite nation is your ENEMY. Wars our every 4 hours. The object is to capture all neutral points and make it your nation. you dance to get SP, u have 6 bars, you use those bars to go a certain battle mode, to do more damage have more defense ect. The purpose of the contest was to see who could be the most creative when it came to dancing. theres a thing called "SYNC" in the game where if you type /sync than you automatically follow the same movement of that person so in that video, look at all that "SYNC" it's not easy to do what they did, plus it's a Player Kill Game, so if u watch the video theres a GUILD war going on, and other stuff.

Ok, so i don't bump anywhere near my town cuz its Joliet and they'll impound it. I do bump on I-55 where there are no houses that I can rattle, or disturb, I only bump full tilt if theres no cars infront, side, or behind me, if i'm bumping full tilt and more cars show up I turn my system down, but if i'm in a steady movement such as the left lane, I'll bump right next to cars. I'm constantly checking my mirrors, & behind me when i'm bumping I check it atleast 10-20 times whenever I drive and by doing that I know when a cop is behind me and I'm able to turn it way down by the time they pass me. I'm gonna be dynamating my car during spring so that should help cuz u can hear my car from quite a distance atm.

Allright small update, the Bass EQ is at 0, the Phase is at 0. I fixed the Subsonic filter, & the low pass filter, I got the Level a tad over half way and I got the Bass setting on the head unit 90% and it's about as loud as it was with the Bass Boost but more clearer, and not as much rattling, and sounds a lot better. Thanks guys for all the support, and now i'm no longer in danger of damaging my equipment, if it helps I've only had the Bass Eq up for a couple days. All I got left to do is the Big 111 I got a Kinetic 2400, and my only question is Im running a 250A fuse currently to the amp, I need another fuse for the Big 111 should It be 300 considering how many amps i'm working with? and where should I put the 2nd fuse?

Ok, cuz I noticed my LEVEL was set all the way to NEUTRAL so i'm put it half way, and than weds or thursday ill talk to my buddie n test it. How can I see how many watts my amp is actually putting out? how do I know if im getting 3000 rms or not it's a 12 volt amp at 12 volts pushes out 3000 my cars at 14.4 volts which would be 3000 rms right? Ok guys, quick run to my car turned the Bass EQ all the way down, turned the phase all the way back to left, and Level all the way to left, the subsonic filter and lowpass filter is fine where it's at. What should my Phase be? and how far should Level go? my low pass is set to 35 all the way to the left out of 250z. my subsonic is set to 30-35hz.

Oki, Bass Eq will be all the way down, so what do I change to get the same effect? I'm not actually in my car atm to check the amp I got the box and the manual though what part of my amp is the gain that I should set?
