  1. Good evening. I am trying to figure out if this would be a good build for my American bass xr 10d2. It's 1000 watts rms and the main music I listen to is metal. American bass website says 1.25-1.5 cu ft, however, when I called them they said 1.75-2.0 cu ft. I picked 40hz because I wanted it to sound better with my metal music. Please let me know of any suggestions and thank you for your time and help.
  2. I'm about to buy the American bass xr 10d2. I have an amp that will run 1000 watts rms at 2 ohms to it. I wanted to build a box that lets it sound great with the metal I listen to. I was thinking 2 sq ft. But I can't decide between ported or sealed, and if ported, what tune, etc? Any advice is appreciated!
  3. Good evening and thanks in advance for any help. I'm looking to add a subwoofer to my 2014 cc crosstrek and wanted to see if it would work without problems. I have the American Bass XR 10D2 and an amp that will run 1500 watts rms (though the sub is only rated for 1000 but I wanted the overhead to avoid clipping). I wanted to know if this would work on the stock 90a alternator and battery or if I've set my sights to high. Thanks again for any advice!
