This is my first post! Thanks for having me, i have a 2017 Dodge Journey GT with a small system in it and here’s my dilemma…when I’m driving my voltage will NOT drop below 13.9v having a 160amp alternator from the factory. When I’m sitting at idle my voltage will drop all the way down to 11.9v when the bass bumps on some songs…before i dish out $300+ for a higher capacity alternator is there possibly an alternator under drive pulley for my vehicle. I’ve found dozens of pulleys but if anyone here has done it to retain stock 160a alternator and could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
