I have a mechman 400 amp alt for a 2010 suburban, it is internally regulated and sits at 15v, have had it for roughly 1.5 years and no issues, now as I drive the alt turns off via the switched ignition wire, I hop out and wiggle the regulator itself and it comes back on, don’t have time to send it in
