I have just purchased the SMD DD1 and Alpine PDX V9. my question for starting to tune my amp. Do I need to probe the negative to the negative of the ground wire itself or + and - speaker wire? does it matter which speaker wire I probe to find out the max volume of my HU prior to clipping ?
