I lold when I saw this...Yeah, I work at a car wash, and it's not the busy season, so only a couple peeps get put on the clock at 8am til it picks up, which can be as late as 11am,12pm. We need our hours, so it's become a game of seeing who gets there earlier. I now have to get there at 5:30am to be the 1st one on...So with the few hours b4 open, it's naptime. did you break the recline lever itself or the electronic controls (mine has 3 controls as well as the lever) ?

If I did, I don't think the seat would stay in place for me to drive safely

It's a 94 Grand Marquis, seats are comfy, but it KILLS me that they don't recline all the way back, like some cars. Is there any way to modify the lever to accomplish this?

i used this: reaudio.com/speaker_box/LPort_Box_Calc.html then with your dimensions, It says a port height of 14.5", port width of 8", and port length of 23.25" which tunes to 31.07 I could be incorrect though AND THIS DESIGN IS SUBS FORWARD, PORT FORWARD. I don't know the technique to change the port relation as it would affect the sound (i would think)

i have a Grand Marquis with a huge trunk, and I couldn't do 40 wide with Over 12" on each side for the batts. I think you need to redesign the shops design. I COULD BE WRONG!!, but I would double check

yeah, I agree A local shop here that I actually trust (NOT Custom Sounds, I'm not a fan at all), told me that Kicker Techs themselves say to go 4.5 per sub for "MAX" output. The dude said that 6 cubes per sub would hit some really nasty notes, but wouldn't be as loud overall as the 4.5. sorry for the custom sounds rant guys.
