I'm sure you can go to like Best Buy and buy the disk and then install it on your computer. I think Vista is better because I had Xp and it died on me so then I bought a new computer and it already had vista on it and I'm loving it way better. Way more cool little gadgets. Anyways just to be sure this is what you want right. Pic of my desktop.
