Do not buy plasma for small/medium room. It heats up really badly. I sold my panasonic plasma and bought Sharp aquos LED 52". It's amazing, quality is the best.

unless you shipping it out to europe or a really really big subwoofer, there is no need to spend time on this. Look at how companies ship their subs... i had an SA-8 go through UPS and it showed up with every spoke on the basket broken and only holding on by the surround, and this was in original packaging. do it right, or not at all. it will be easier in the end. And I have shipped subwoofer and received without any problems. Again, if you'r not sure, invest few bucks in insurance.

just make sure you pack it well from bottom with thick piece of styrofoam so motor won't get damaged and piece of styrofoam on the top. On the side fill it with news papers or something similar.

I won't be able to more super tweeter, because that were the 2.5" mid is, so there is already a hole there. All I would have to do is just make a hole little bigger. BTW, The door will be wrapped in black leather, expect the middle part.
