  1. Im really diggin this with the spectrum analyzer in the back ground.

I agree with changing the colors on it.

But What I would like to see the color change on is the spectrum analyzer.

The bars are all green, towards the tops off the bars I think a few towards the upper middle to be a yellow, and then the way top ones be red.

Yeah I was looking for one like that, but i think i was google searching the wrong thing. Will give it a whirl

  2. How old is the tire? Like the date it was made. Should say DOT then some numbers beside it..whats the numbers in the circle.

    the truth.

Some "new" tires are 3-4, or sometimes more (up to 13-14), years old before they are sold to you. Saw quite a lengthy news story on 20/20 this a few months ago. They went to many shops and found tires that were being sold that were already past their "expiration" date, which I believe is 6 years, but I could be wrong.

Like he said, check the DOT code for the date

The date of manufacture is indicated by the last group of digits in the DOT manufacture code on the sidewall of the tire. The number is often stamped in a recessed rectangle. The DOT code tells who manufactured the tire, where it was made and when. The last group of digits in the code is the date code that tells when the tire was made.

Before 2000, the date code had three digits. Since 2000, it has had four. The first two digits are the week of the year (01 = the first week of January). The third digit (for tires made before 2000) is the year (1 = 1991). For most tires made after 2000, the third and fourth digits are the year (04 = 2004).
