got yourself a great lil touring bike there, my buddy had a 650s and i like ur front end better than the half fareing on his. its making sense to get a bike nowdays with $4/gal gas.

The wooden frame? I really dont see it flexxing, it was glassed to the bottom tub. Once the top is done and I reopen the speaker holes, ill glass up the insides and do the same.

Got me some work done today, really enjoyin the results. One thing is pissing me off and I'll show yall in a bit. Didnt have access to a cam when i wrapped it, I got in the zone and didnt even think about cellphone camera so this is after initial resin, and 2 laters of mat.
Ring brace showin thru, the wonder of body filler will cure this.
Here you can kinda see it.
The right ring seems to have dipped down a lil bit and changed the angle. Its not THAT noticible, most people wont see it, but i deffinately do.
Up close.
I'm gonna try and fix it somehow tomorrow. Other than that I'm freaken lovin it.

samsung for life, ive had my alias for over a year without a single problem. batt lasts a solid 3 days without needing a charge, i only had a one year contract and ive been thinking bout going and getting the new glide they have. the alias is the shit tho, its about as thin as a razor and opens 2 ways with a full keyboard

well here we go i am trying to fit 2 18 " fi btl's in my 07 vw gti my max width is 39 " max height is 32 " bottom depth is 20 " top depth is 16" i would like to put the port on top of the wall and i am trying to go for about 38hz please help
seems like with be a tight squeeze but you can pull it off, do you already own the equipment? if not 15s may better for you. build it in the car and dont forget to take lots of pics. what are you doing for power?
