Dam wrong link. My phone wont let me edit the post. So here is the correct link
Remember bass boxing is playing a commercial song with 1 door open or 2windows
-
Rups and Ashley from South Africa did a 158.1 bass boxing on the iasca world record meter, currently the loudest bass boxing car in south africa. 4 15s
-
Hope you get well soon man! You are in my prays!
-
Im getting a epic160 and that info is great thanks!
-
I would think so, more excursion = more air being pushed = more flex
i could be wrong tho
-
Just because he does, everybody wants to bang that song. Why????? You all act like if you had that song, your car would bassrace a 160. And plus he uses and epicenter, which will pretty much add bass to any song. So what's so special about that song?
dude it sounds kick ass! Just like brian adams has that song here i am, wat a gay song untill the bass kicks in
-
Dam so its not readily available to everyone?
-
In the video king of bass on youtube? Its goes something like "i can hear you calling in the air oh lord..." something to that effect, i think its chopped and screwed
-
If the sub is in the green position it will have more stress put on it opposed to it being in the blue position. More stress on the sub=less sub life
i vote blue
-
Very respectable number, what frequency was it?
i used the song cross roads by bone thugs and harmony
-
it was 2 lil crx boxes with one 4 inch areo port on each box 4 inches of the back of the back door
forgot all the dimensions you can get em off of redbaron if he still has them
aite ill message him. Do you have any pics of the setup?
-
ya not bad for one amp 2 15's on music
the loudest i got a golf was 152.4 on music driver window down all in the "boot"
did 49.9 bass race
but that was 2 monster amps and 2 batts so ya great number
wow now thats a very good number! Did your box have a slot port? And wat was your dimensions of your port? And the placement? Cause in my golf i can only fix a max dimension of about 3inch
-

-
Oh dam yea boot is a trunk lol. The car is a 4 door. Golf mk1, 1 amp and 2 15s in a slot port box
-
Well all equipment fits in the boot, stock rules and there still lots to do
-
Well still lots got to be done, system is all in the boot, stock class
-
I tested on termlab yesterday and did a 148 on termlab with music and the drivers door open. Wat is a good number?
-
ok i understand putting the 45s in but then wat do you do at the corner of the box? like if i put 45 along the long corners of a box, 3 of them are going to meet at the corner of the box. wat do you do there?ok i got one now.
when you placed the box on 45degreee angles and let all that resin level out and harden then put some mat or cloth over that on all the corners.
couldnt you have just fitted a peice of mdf there to 45degree the corners then add some resin and cloth or mat over it.
or is there any benefits either way. whats best
lol to be honest i think the resin only works better because theres alot less room for imperfections
i mean the material used doesnt matter one bit to the box but with the mdf it might not be 100% fitting and the angle might be slightly off ect ect. Now in steaves position that tiny thing might make or break a higher score plus he has the ablity and skill to it the perfect way so why do it differently... nothing beats gravity
-
you like it dont you :w00t:
-
dam mang you lucky to be in hawaiI
-
:detective2: ill have to investigate that!!!
-
:alien: this is a cool one. take me to your dealer
-
I think a box of steel will just make an echo bass note if that makes any sense.
