    i'm about 95% sure i will be there, me against you Ric, 0-2500!!!!

    what kind of setup are you running?

    I'm doing ok with my truck... but not super. lol... it's really built more to tear your head up a bit. hahaha

    I clamped only 1009 watts doing a 148.4 op the dash sealed up and a 152.3 in the kick. Stock alternator, Stock battery. :)

    I'm only doing 47.1, I have a single 15" in my civic with a 2k amp. Are you going to stay no-wall or run in the truck/suv class this season?

    he works in the 12v industry so he has to stay in no wall

    Matt was telling me that changed for this season, or maybe i'm thinking of something else, it was a long day at US Audio.

    i got the word too..classes have been changed up where if you do work 12v you dont HAVE to be no wall

    I just want to know why that 3500 is only doing 1000-1500??? Is his rise really hurting him that much? Can someone please explain? :drinks:

    you know rise is caused from the box correct? the way you keep saying it you make it seem like its the amp, his box is prolly terrible.. in my own setup i only clamped 2,3xx out of mine rising from .5 to 2.6 (which is way more than even its 2 ohm rating)

    please explain how his box is "terrible" i dont think that was the best choice of words...ive seen people w 9+ ohm of box rise and still sound awesome

    yeah if you see terry do something forget it. hes not human. He was crafted from the spl dust piles of legends past and the smoke of an earthquake d2.

    right though...and i think the smoke of earthquake D3s is the actual ingredient haha

    True, but it wasn't that I didn't think it was impossible. Just someone claiming a 153 on a 1,000 watts gives me pause, and I would like to see, ha ha.

    yep hes capable of a 53 on under 1500 watts in the kick...its pretty sick

    im upset with my power output vs the score,guy has 2 15s clamping at 1000 watts doing a 153, on 3300rms i should be doing a 148 out of the trunk easy

    your comparing a trunk car to a pick up in the kick with a higher tuning and the doors open. a trunk car is HARD to get loud...plus whats really hurting you is seeing Terry doing upper 50s in a PURE SPL set up. gotta stop comparing yourself to TOTALLY different set ups and focus on your own. w that power/car your doing a great score.

    Ric Thornton is doing 152s-153s in the kick on less than ~1500 watts clamped in his DODGE RAM not a trunk car. very loud and very impressive!!

    I have always been a loyal sundown customer but I am more than respectful to all that run dc matter of fact 2 of the most violent systems I have ever heard have been dc setups part of the reason being I have only heard 1 other sundown setup besides mine chodes durangho is retarded loud and the 2 lvl 6s on 12k that I heard would straight up rip your head off

    i have Neos not Level 6s but thanks man!!! glad you enjoyed my Durangho :D
