Oh, wow. I have... I build on average like 3-4 boxes a week for normal everyday people at the shop I work at. Don't believe me?

It's not for competition. Daily driving in a girls car lol... Jw if anyone HAS used these woofers in a set up like this. I have done thousands of trunk boxes but don't do front firing sealed off set ups to often

Doing a trunk build in the ol' lady's car. I will be glassing them in behind the back seats so they will be firing into the car. Was wondering if anyone had any experience or numbers with running 2 12" AQ sdc2.5s in this manor. Power will be an old school (1997) PPI 1400w amp. Other options would be getting Treo TE12.44s at cost which will be about 20$ more than the AQs.... Can't decide what to do. Any opinions/comments?

If you have been, no need to explain, if not..... 3rd annual TEAM DTF Disturbing the Peace show will he 9-29-12 Show starts at 5-6 and more classing info will come later This is a 80-90+ vehicle show. Last year I believe we had 86 competitors. all competitors welcome. Very laid back and Fun show where everyone can demo their ass off, have a few brewskies and not worry about police shutting anything down. Very much like the slamology parking lot parties before they got shut down. We will have food and drinks availible Trophies will be for first second third and best of classes. 38" for 1st and 4footers for best of. Entry fee will be $20. Will be raffling off some sort of equipment all night for $1 a ticket. Classes will be similar to Usaci but mic on dash. Doors open anything goes. Lots of fun here people ask anyone who has been it is will worth the drive. Would like to get lots of the big 158-160 guys down here again. Everyone always enjoys getting their head ripped off. mmk so i apologize ahead of time for having a combined build log with random pics but i didnt really focus on taking pics of every step. i worked on these for 5 weeks and was so sick of doors i didnt know what to do with myself. but here they are the chevy ons are for blake hunts suburban the dodge are for his buddy eriks

these doors had to be rock solid to withstand 160 db at like 20 hz or whatever the hell that monster does. also had to be able to be mounted from the front with bolts to hold them on so thats why i opted to use a solid panel with a cover instead of rings. all euipment will be crescendo, prolly find out about it more in his his build log on here my next month will be very busyy

alright. these doors max berlow.. not sure if hes on here or not but o well. he already had all the euipment so i just had to make it all fit in the door. shitty part is the crank windows... woulda been alot better without. i didnt have much of choice on placment, this is really the only places everything would fit and look alright. but anyways here we go

ok so i forgot to update this after all the shit happened. the parallel 6th was an epic fail... sounded like ass and just was bad all around. so i rebuilt. some say this is a series tuned 6th... but i designed like a normal ported box with a snorkel and its much better
