    sorry he is a role model to children everywhere and his behavior is unacceptable. Him and stallworth should be banned for life. Pete Rose bet on baseball and will never make the hall of fame. Why should they get another chance to live a life of luxury when they want to act like run of the mill street trash? you got to prison to me that just means you need to fiind a new line of work because you dont deserve to be treated as a gifted person. I personally am surprised goodell reinstated him. There are people out there that would have sold their soul to the devil to play professional sports and these guys take that kind of thing for granted.

    1st of all athletes are not role models for kids it should always be the parents. Letting athletes and other celebrities be role models for the youth is a huge part of what is wrong with this country now. 2nd everyone makes mistakes give the guy a break, it was just some dogs its not like he was going around killing peoples pets. 3rd its just football, people seem to care more about whats going on the sports world rather than whats going on in congress ( you know things that actually affect your life.) - just my 2cents

    I was having a little conversation with a buddy about car audio. Now. He doenst know much. He thinks JL Audio > GOD. He also thinks Hifonics amps are the tits. He made a claim that the 12w6 subwoofer has never been blown by anyone. I called BS, he got sentenced today for some stupid shit he did in the past and i wont see him for a few years, but it made me wonder if this was a valid claim.

    I'm trying to spend as little as possible, while still getting quite a noticeable improvement. Basically I'm trying to get my money's worth. AA Mayhems are a bit out of my budget, and BL's are pushing it. I was about to order BLs earlier today but felt like bouncing the ideas off a few people who've actually had experience with these particular subs so I'm sorry its a boring thread x100.

    I listen to music, so I'm not looking for something that will only play high. I know lots of people use HDC3s for SPL, but I've never heard one on lows/music. This sub is getting me very interested however, and the price is very reasonable. How would it compare to a BL on music?

    How much are you looking to spend?

    I'm trying to figure out which sub to put in my blazer. I'll be running (2) subs, 18s most likely.

    I had been running 15" Havocs and they're loud and sound great but its not loud enough.

    I've been wanting to run Fi BLs for a long time but it's quite a few bucks. Optionally, I could recone my Havocs to 18s with upgraded soft parts and coils (8-layer alum) for half the price of the BLs. I have a feeling they still wouldn't be nearly as loud as the BLs however.

    What would you run run in my situation? Amp is a SAZ-3000D at 0.5 ohm DCR on strong electrical. I want to make a decision soon, I'm fiending for bass.

    I have switched up system like 5 times already since Feb of this yr!!! and each time a i get a lil bit louder and finally when i said thats it this is the system im sticking with im already looking to upgrade again?? i just want to be louder and louder and i keep wasting money like crazy, if i would have just bought everything top of the line the first time it would equal the same amount of money i have wasted on upgrading and upgrading, Should i just stop or keep on going?? THis shit is like drugs, i just want to be super fucken loud!!!

    I started messing with car audio last year and switched the system four times. I still own all the subs and amps. Here is my list of subs and amps: 2 jl 12w3's, 1 fi 12 inch btl, 2 kicker L7 15, 2 fi btl 18's, Amps : 1 RF P-500.2, 1 Crunch PZI 2000.1D, 1 Hifonics BXI 2608, 2 SAZ-3000D. Sad :sorry: but great :diablo::spiteful: :hairtrick:

    So I have been lookin for a sub that can wake up neighbors, set off car alarms, and turn heads from blocks away....

    I am not sure what sub to go with tho?

    My neighbor had 1 15" sub that shook the neighborhood!!!!

    What sub or subs should i go with?

    JL AUDIO W7 or W6 series?

    P3 or T1 Rockford Fosgates?

    Memphis?

    What size and what model should i purchase?

    If i go with a 15" sub i will only want one but if i have 12" subs i will go with two unless i dont need to...

    Let me know your opinions!!!!

    Please tell me what model/size/ and amount of subs that i should purchase at a reasonable price..Also please add what kind of amp i should match it up with....

    Welcome to the forum and trust these they guys will lead you to legendary status, if one 15 shook your neighborhood. Get ready to be introduced to some of the hardest hitting 18inch and even 21 inch woofers.

    Looking to buy these within the next couple weeks after I get a new head unit, Anyone use Alpine for mids/highs or is there a better brand. Looking for good sq on the door speakers potentially gettin 2x 15s in the future assuming everything goes alright so need these to be able to keep up with around 2k rms from the subs

    I the old model type s 6X9's and they keep up pretty with my 18's so I think the type-r's should do just fine.

    right now i have an 84 jeep im only 15 and i just wanna make it sumtin to just show off to my friends. right now i have 2 fosgate p1 12s in it and its loud enough for now. i have about $300 that i can spend and i was lookin for subs that will help move more air and maybe make it louder. if i had the power i would probably get one of the fi 18s but the amps i have only have a max of about 600 watt but i have like 4 amps i can use would i b better off just saving my cash and gettin an 18 or 2 18s and have a high power amp?

    I suggest you save up and do it right. Trust me it will pay off in the end. I rushed a few systems and ended up spending about 4 grand more than what I would have if would have saved up the first time.
