i was just thinking of this could i do like the sub facing up and have a port at the bottom of the box facing out of the car sine it is a coupe/hatch should get pretty loud baically a crx style box

hey guys just wanted to state that i ma new here to steve meade's website i most reside at ecoustics lol. BUt to cut to the chase i own a dd 9512b and i need to build a new box cause i just got a new car. I have a 2000 eclipse and i want a box tuned to like 38hz and my max dimensions for the box is- 14" high, 22" wide, and 33" long so if you guys could help me out i could go farther with external ports or something but i am goin to do aero ports i am thinking 2 3" ports or 1 6" port so if you guys could help me out im not really good with the whole box designing thing and i want this think to be loud.
