I'm sorry but the things you listed are outdated and won't play most modern games very well, just save up some more money and you'll be golden for a sweet budget rig

Most games won't utilize more than two cores anyway. I ran my E7200 at 3.8ghz for a while until I did something stupid and fried my 750i FTW. That 7200gs won't run anything really. Even CSS on medium settings will run at 30fps. If you want to build something try to shoot for a socket 1366 since everything for the next year is going to be aimed at that anyway. And by getting the newest technology you won't have to upgrade as quickly. Why build a low end computer when in another 6 months you will not be satisfied with it and end up spending more money to upgrade and be at a loss with all the stuff you already bought.
