You don't need a cap. just a big three and a battery and maybe an alternator that puts out 200 amps or so. This all depends on the amp you are running as previously stated. I have a 200 amp alt that has a blown diode, (I have been too lazy to pull it and send it in for repair) and with my sh!t full tilt my lights still dont dim

THANKS!!!! yeah I need some deadener too, but one thing at a time. Box first then batts then deadener... for some reason that is the last on my priority list
