this was last weekend at a local car show... the drag strip was open for test and tune so i said fuck it.... i did an 11.43 in the 1/8th mile @61mph... not too awfully bad for a 17 year old car with over 200k miles... i was going against my buddies 2000 honda civic... he stalled on green... he has only been driving a manual for about a month.. plus he was wearing sandals ftl... i believe his best time of the day was a 11.76.. sorry for the crappy vid... android video ftl... click pic for vid

are you sure its a hex head and not a torques head? also... heat is your friend... put a good soldering iron on the head of the bolt for about a minute or so... get it good and hot, the glue should soften up enough to let it turn

eeh... not anything too godly expensive... i want to start collecting parts between now and next summer... i will probably buy the master rebuild kit from rockauto.com around tax time... so... at this point i know i want to redo my exhaust with a little larger tubing and a header and high flow cat..., have the head machined, and get some performance cams.... i plan on boring out the throttle body a tad to help air flow..... what else can i do that will make a difference besides a turbo

im not sure for that application... i think i used around 3oz of gorilla glue on the sun roof... remember gorilla glue expands so a little turns into a bunch... lol... it had no problem taking the abuse of a 145.x DB system

my sunroof stayed in just fine with gorilla glue and silicone to seal it up... it didnt flex much at all either

i dont want to do anything too extreme... just something to make it slightly obvious that its more powerful than stock... exhaust and header and intake are a given... heres what deal is... the piston rings are worn out... she smokes pretty good when i get on it hard... and it burns about a half quart of oil per week... it does run a tad rough... i mean just barely... it kinda sounds like its missing so im thinking timing chain

so, im wanting to rebuild my motor and i would like to get some more power out of it... i was wondering what i can do... cams or what?

Definitely an awesome seller here! i bought a battery and it got damaged in shipping... somehow it made the trip from Cali to Illinois upside down, and the battery didn't like that too much... but the packaging was awsome! 4" of solid Styrofoam!... anyways he was very quick to fix the situation... i wouldn't hesitate to do business again!

im going to be relocating my back battery and my run of 1/0 is going to be too short... so... i need another run to replace it... looking for about 15'... it dosent really matter what brand as long as it isnt any crappier than knu klmx.... and im also looking for 2 sets of rca's or 1 set of 4ch rca's... around 15' long.... i have no problem buying it new... but i figured id post up and see if i could help anyone make a little money

Yeah... i know this one is long shot but i need the frame that the glass is mounted to... i dont need the entire assembly or even the glass for that matter... i just need the metal(frame).... mine isnt doing so well... anyways... Im willing to pay around $50 for it... but it needs to be in good condition... mine is rusted and the u-pull yard doesnt have any good ones...
