hey steve i always end up running budget equip and i would like to know just how high i can go on the deck vol and the amp gain so ill be def getting one cause as a regular basis i have always just set at 2/3 gain and half bass boost and i really want to know how far off i am

off topic but the antenna is an additional ground plug it in and watch the noise go away lol ive seen that a million times with older cars and inferior stock wiring

this will be ever so handy when setting up customer cars as well as my own comp vehicles however the problem still remains with the tool that thinks he needs to adjust the settings once im done

i get the point but how much power can we shove through a 2.5" voice coil ? really could even get a lvl 2 8 going . see the initial reson for this topic was whats the biggest baddest most insane 8 now i really cant wait for the lvl12 12 lol

i really appreciate everyones comments and all aspects lol however i have not heard from rusty and thats what makes me think hes got something up his sleeve just like the lvl5 10
but once again this is an idea that my team and i thought would be differant being we saw a guy doing 150 with 2 8s and thorshammer is up over 152 with 2 10s as far as motor size maybe shaving the diameter down and making the mag slugs thicker
hell i dont know where these ideas come from but like someone said earlier this thread a 8 with a 4" coil would be insane and im concerned with spiders and surrounds like every one else said but hey ide be excited to see a lvl3 or lvl4 8 and i know they are more realistic

i could make a tribute to the late frankenwoofer with a lvl5 motor and fab some 8 to work until i say f%$k it and buy the d$%m lvl5 10 for my wifes daily on 3kw
