so how would 4 15 inch T3 tss compare to 4 FI BTLs?

the solo x seems nice but from what I'm hearing and reading it seems they get loud but they sound real muddy plus I hear that you go through spairs like crazy with this speakers. So I think I'm narrowing it down to T3 , FI BTL and juggernauts unless someone has another suggestion

those are some good TL numbers off of 10,000 watts.I will look into the T3's.I'm still comparing though but I think I dropped Treo , xxx-15, and RE audio MT out of the mix.I think its down to 4 15s T3 TSS, 4 18 solo x's, 4 15 FI BTLs, and if not then the juggernauts are still in my clost

audiopulse axis? Never heard of it.Wow mach5,DC,audioque,and T3 all companies I have never heard of.How do these companies compare to a DD 9515 or a mmats juggernaut? How about a solo x or a soundstream XXX?

yeah I'm looking for something that is available now so the meade subs aren't an option.I'm surprised nobody has mentioned treo they must not be all that great.Anybody else have a suggestion

I'm just taking all your opinions and researching before I decide.The only subs I have heard that were loud with 6 or less in a car were the juggernaut 15s,old school strokers,digital designs 9515, and 4 15 inch soundstream 170s sounded pretty good.I have only heard the solo x , fi btl , treo ssx from watching videos on youtube and here on Meade's site. I like the way the soundstream xxx looks but the power needed and the quad coil 1 ohms make it out of the question.The solo x is tempting but still undecided. Anyway guys send me suggestions and any videos if you have any so I can decide.Whatever I choose I will probably buy one to test than buy three more if I like the sound.thanks for the help so far.

I don't have a set budget but I don't want to spend too much on a system.I already have an amp, 2 15 inch juggernauts, and a dd 9515. I'm probably going to sell the jugernauts and the 9515 if I decide to go a different route than 4 juggernauts.So I was planning to buy another amp and 4 more 15s or 18s.I'm hoping not to spend more than 700 per woofer if I can and 800 on an amp.So thats about 3600.thats just a ballpark.I'm not including electrical in my estimated budget thats a separate budget.

wow I was thinking a 8000 watt system you are taking about a 20,000 + watt system.I have heard the solo x's are real power hungry and need a shitload of power to move. I just want like 4 15s maybe even 4 18s that will pound.Something efficent and doesn't need more than say 2500 watts to get nasty loud 2000 watts would be better if possible. I never heard of some of these subs you are talking about.So far I'm considering the fi btl, mach5 spl-15, I would consider soundstream but the amps I will be using are .5 ohm stable, I'm also looking at the solo x 18 but I'm afraid that 2000 watts might run it but it won't be enough to sound good.

really so I could use a soundstream xxx or a kicker solo x and it would sound good? I figured it wouldn't sound good since it can take so much more power. David- I would be interested in AA-SMD woofers but I'm looking for something I can buy and start working on sonner than Feb Chill Phil and Jay05 - I will take a look at your suggestions thanks. how would a mach5 spl-15 compare to a FI BTL both with 2000 watts

yeah I all the juggernauts I have heard slam real hard but I'm curious if I can get something else that would be louder with 2000 watts.

by the way I meant 2000 watts per sub for a total of 8000 watts I forgot to clarify that. I know 4 15 inch mmats can get loud with 2000 watts but I was wondering if there is something out there that would sound louder and more musical than the juggernauts.Would 4 MTs or BTLs produce more SPL?

Ok guys I'm a big fan of mmats equipment I love their amps and subs.I was planning to run 4 mmats 15 juggernauts but I'm not sure anymore.I'm thinking that maybe juggernauts are outdated.I'm unsure of what would compare to the juggernauts.I'm not interested in DD I tried them and I didn't like them too much.What would you suggest.I'm looking for something that can pound at 2000 watts.I was considering the solox 18 but 5000 watts is too much for one sub for me and the soundstream xxx is even worse with 8500.How do would 4 15 MTs do? I'm looking for daily but a loud daily.I was also considering the FI BTL or the TREO ssx.
