Nice as long as i dont lose any power from it not being thick enough than its all good. This isnt for me this is going to be for my friend's system im installing (and i dont want to drill all of the terminals out) so if it works well for him than ill make mine. But i bought the wrong thread for the nuts :censored: -

Anyone know if 1/8" x 1.5" will be sufficient for around 2750 watts? This is just so i dont have to deal with the kinetik bull shit, of drilling every terminal. Anyone? -

Well, mine is 1/8 inch and 1 1/2 inches. Will it still work? -
Material you would use?
-
Funny you should say that about the kerf i have a friend who wants me to kerf him a flared port, and i was like i know what it is. HOWEVER, how about a regular easy one?
-
No i dont want the speaker terminals i wont these pretty much. but on the back of the box Is it pretty much a regular nut and bolt? but what material?
-
I know i just edited it because i forgot the square inches of port right before you posted lol, anyway do you where i can get those pins things for the speakers?
-
I want a new box so i can see what this sub can really do with a ton of air and a big port The box's dems are Length= 32 Height= 15 Depth= 18 Port width= 3.5 Port Length= 36.75 Tuned to about 32 htz After double baffle, woofer displacement, i sit at about 2.6 feet cubed. 47.25 square inches of port So thats about 18 square inches of port per cube after displacement. Before displacements its 16 per cube. I dont know which to go by. I am thinking about trying those speaker pins through the back of the box, with a stone port and black carpet on the box. For better air flow, ill round the inner port and layer some resin inside. Can anyone link me for those speaker pins?

Link? Is it on part express? do you mean caulk? or what is silicon goo? -
Well i would have two T-1000-1bd's prob about 2400-2600 watts, stock alt, optima, two Hc 800's
-
True a Ho alt wont hurt a thing, i am just wondering because my alt is underneath my engine block, and would be a BITCH to get to. So if a stock will work than that would be great.
-
I mean is it necessary. Here is my new install idea. 1. 2 RF T-1000-1bd's 2. 1 Mb Quart Discus 480 3. 2 Hc 800's 4. Stock Alt 5. Big 3 6. Optima up front Can my stock 105 (i believe) alt handle all this?
-
