as far as the wattage goes.. true.. its roughly around 300 per sub.. but wanting to strickly keep it at one amp to run all the subs. and right now the 1000 is my only choice.and i figured i doubt i would be able to hit a 150 in my car without throwing stupid amounts of power at some big subs so i was thinkin that with a good 1000 watts and if i had it a 14.8 or 15.3 volts i should be pretty good.at least for a DD .. dont wanna just do one sub.. wanted to do at least two.. and then with three subs i should have a good cone area and hope to fire it up with a cut out into the cab.. if not il sell it all and run some RE subs and sundowndown amps cant afford that so maybe a future thought..

Ok so.. i got robbed a while back.. never really put the system back together.. lost it all and i guess i lost the motivation.. wanted to be in the (DUB show) but after that lost it and said fuk it..so had my lil phase were i thought i was a street racers.. not to bad actually kept up.. but was tired of being without my music.. had a Diamond Audio system before but thought id upgrade to JL Audio .(more on SQ ) was gunna go with 2 12 W7's. but now considering 3 12w6's .. kinda was thinking i would never be getting to high numbers like in the 150s..so figured as long as it hit il be happy with DD.. got a JL 300.4 and 1000.1 what you guys think?any advice..

hey you guys. was lookin to upgrade my suspension .and airride just came to my head why not.mine as well go hard! how hard would it be to put air bags on a 06 impala ss ? i dont know alot bout all this but been researching and seems like i need . compressor, tank, and bags,well i want air struts,but basically then an air management system either manual or digital,and thats it. i looked around and want something as simple as possible.but still decent can anyone help me out. not looking for anythin custom .at all.

same thng i was wondering..mine has aplug for onstar.. so even if i take off the mirror im still gunna have a annoying plug just there,,tryd hot gluing ,,which actually worked well for a couple days..

Sorry not to good of an explanation but its 35 inches x 2 inches and bout 20 inches deep. Regardless of the would I be able to cut a new face plate and use it for 2 subs cause I got no subs and its killing me. Or wat other options do I have using the same enclosure

i got a jl 1000 and i kinda thought that.had the gain all the way up ,lights dimming and no boom..lol sucks but guess il just have to try again..

ok so this is for 3 12s.. port is 35 inches by 1inches. 19 inches long i believe.. single chambered. just checked the wiring everything is fine.think one subs is going but gunna have that swapped out this weekend and still makes no diffrence. :censored:

ok so today i just finished my first box build..it was for 3 kicker cvrs..ported. one chamber subs back,port up towards the back and it completely sucked ass.. excuse my language,lol but yea i had never made a box ,seen it done plenty of times.but never by myself.at least not the building part..lol long story short.one of the guys at work.(the new guy) does the math for me . and with my measurements 15 tall.36 long and 18 deep made me a sketch and i cut the wood.and built this..and just to carpet it and everything and now.. it doesnt hit.at all.. so im sad.. :censored: :mad:

lol very interesting ideas.. im liking the airblushing one alot..was considering the sanding one but if i did it id prolly fuk something up..and powdercoating? i cant really get an idea how that would look..except id still the same problem.. would lose all the eq and settings.. any one got any ideas on what i can put in the airbrush..
