  1. I'm looking for something affordable/good sounding to throw in my Jeep Cherokee (it's a second car/rock crawler so it doesn't have to be perfect..) but I have a Hifonics TXi1508D laying around so ideally I'm looking to throw 1 15" back there with it. I thought I'd look for some recommendations since I don't have much knowledge of 15's that are good, but I don't wanna drop the money for Fi/RE/AA subs. Also I'm in a bit of a space crunch after 31" spare/hi-lift/tool box go back there. Basically any subs out there that will sound decent with that amp.

  2. I wanna do them still to everyone that thinks I've just abandoned the project, during the holidays though I had some unexpected expenses so that's where the money went for them. Hopefully I'll be able to get the money and get the new speakers and amp sometime soon...

  3. Tricky, what I found from direct wholesale is this "This vehicle has 2 door trigger wires, the DRIVERS DOOR is a TAN (-) PURPLE plug, B4 and ALL OTHER doors BLUE/WHITE (-) LIGHT BLUE plug, Pin B11 at the BCM use both wires and DIODE ISOLATE when connecting to an ALARM SYSTEM" along with this diagram:

any other information can be found http://www.directwholesale.net/diagrams/diagrams.asp?link=DW. Good luck and good choice on alarm!

  4. well 3 inches would be fine. i'm only doing it to fit bigger rims on my car. like i said i know nothing about this kind of stuff. i was looking at this http://www.autoanything.com/suspension-sys...p;from_search=1 would this work for what i am trying to do?

Well that's good for anything with coil's front and back if you got a 4 runner you've got IFS in the front and coil in the back I believe. Here's something that will get you about 2.5 inches of lift if you're really only going for larger tires/rims and may be in your budget.

  5. I've already got two layers of dynamat xtreme throughout the car, so deadening shouldn't be too big of a problem :D and I realized if I'm gonna do the McIntosh components that I should probably pull my pioneer amp (PRS-A900) and upgrade to a McIntosh amp most likely a MCC404M, or I may take a look at those new JL amps but until I get a bit more money that pioneer will work fine. It's going into an Acura Tl so I do want it to sound good all around. Although I may not get the rear ones yet and do a 3sixty to tune everything up to sound good for me, worry about passengers later.
