yea guess that would work. found some on parts express pretty cheap too.

i think i am gonna chop the whole center out of my rear deck it will be like a 12 by 15 inch section out but i want to be able to hide that and make it look good though.
-
ok so other than just chopping holes what would be the best idea. i was thinking maybe like a 6 inch port tube covered with a kicker grill being i have kicker subs
-
idk just wondering if i knew her. but part of my back seat does fold down like yours and i actually plan on slot porting the opening. however only my armrest folds down and is only wide enough for a slot port. if i did port here would there even be a reason to port through the rear deck also?
-
wouldnt tell me her name would you.
-
yea i planned on trying to make it but its just not going to happen i dont think. know anyone from great falls
-
great falls. its a little hick ass town about 0 minutes from rock hill and about 30 from columbia
-

-
any pics on here
-
how is yours set up
-
is your setup actually in your trunk or is it more like a half wall
-
its not huge but at one time i was planning on putting a ib 10 in the middle of the by9s. so yea i could get some grills but bnaginaltima is yours a full trunk setup
-
By reading some of the other post and looking at a few pics of other rides i figured i obviously would get more output from my subs byporting the rear deck from the trunk. Not realy intereted in building a box that is built into the deck but maybe like a port tube or something? let me know plzzzz
-
like i said i was just wondering. freind f mine has a pair of 12's the ysound pretty good. not the loudest but sq is amazing
-
come on some body has to know about these old school woofers
-
anyone ever heard of aria subs. read on the net somewhere they eventually turned into memphis or something like that. just wondering
-
yea i noticed that after i posted. any way to move it
-
makeing a spl box for 4 12's. unknown at the time but will be about 2cubes per sub ported of course. but i wanted to try maybe some sort of bandpass design. almost like the design in the hoopty. any comments will be greatly apreciated. also car is a 99 grandprix. This will be a trunk setup but i was hoping to port through the opening in the back seat.

the rca's are brand new stinger. just in from darvex. not running any line drivers or bass boosters so think it would be the gain -

so what would be the best way to go about fixing this problem. try diff rca's and change the gain -

my protect light never comes on and the woofers do move pretty slow just out bump in out bump in. woofer go to full excursion then all the way in. no back and forth movement -

pulses on and off bump bump bump and thats all i get. about one every second -
I hooked up my old system today in a car. Had the same system hooked up about 2 weeks ago and it worked fine. but anyway the woofers play no music at all just a pulsing tone. they stop when you disconnect power or remove rca's from the amp. what is the problem
