    If clay says. 40 it should be good but the 1st question I ask somebody before I build a box is do you listen to chopped and screwed and normally the answer is yes all the time so I tune to 32 however if they say no never I will tune to 40 but it also depends on certain factors like how big the box is and what power they are running.

    Don't know but its much louder than before I can tell you that a quick guess wouldbe around a 155

    I've used the 4xl and the 5 and I'm assuming this is a daily driver with the occasional comp and in that case I would do the2 4xl 15s thatwould probably be the best setup I liked them both and up to 3000watts the 4xl will probably be louder than the level 5 all things being equal .

    Man dee I appreciate you having my back but me and thor are cool and he is right 160 is going to be real fun trying to get and would be impossible if I tried to make musical however its not it will be a 1 note wonder with a box just big enough to hold the sub but thatsthe only way I can see to do it however.and no worries the caddy will still be bangin until the civic is done.

    Mic was on the drivers side kick that's why the passenger side door was open.

    The org is tbp and really thor you think it wouldn't be easier than the caddy I figured if I used quarter wave theory it would because if I use it in the caddy it ends up being 26 hertz plus less cabin space to pressurize and if iam incorrect please let me know what trunk car you would suggest then I will be running 4 powerbass 5000s and have not decided on sub configuration yet.

    This was only the 2nd sub I've blown 1st was a recone fault and this 1 that I tried to which it took more than I thought it would and I still haven't pulled it out the box yet so I don't know if its the sub or a loose wire I do know that mechanically its fine still no voice coil rub and still stiff as hell and the cone and dustcap held together I will find out this weekend and let everyone know what happened.

    No not really but everybody wanted to see the setup I even got on to 1 guy that kept opening the back door during my burps so hecould see the sub move lol.but its all good and I know rusty is going to scold me for this one but I kept burping the sub till it blew just for show.

    Yeah I know but have you ever seen what a 160 sealed will do to a car and that caddy is way to clean to destroy its only got 34000 miles on it but don't worry the civic will be a crowd pleaser once its done .

    Thanks guys for the kind words guys but after talkin to rusty and jay at powerbass and my own Personal goals i have decided to partiallyretire the caddy and move on to my next project a white 2 door civic trunk hee hee shootin for that 160 mark from the trunk.

    Yeah 1 dc level 5 18 and 2 powerbass xta5000s mic was in the kick though so it was not a sealed legal score legal is a best of 154.1
