Hey! If you are using Internet Explorer then go to Tools(should be in up right corner) then press Internet options then press to security bar( in up left corner) then there you can choose Internet security levels. Maybe that is blocking but I doubt it. And tell me what Antiviruses, Firewalls you got on your computer.
