  1. If you've been running the D3100 for a while with a dead cell (unknowingly) then that D3400 has probably been working its ass off to pick up the slack. One bad battery in a battery bank can ruin the rest especially if you've been running them together for any length of time. But again, XS' customer service is phenomenal and I'm sure they'll help you out. Your running a Mechman alt and have an itellicharger, can't get any more ideal than that.

  2. I save my batteries, then take them to our local Advance Autoparts. Every once in a while they have a dead battery credit deal, bring in your dead battery and you get $20-$30ish towards a new one. I usually roll up with half a dozen or so at a time and walk away with a new almost free yellow, blue or red top (depends what I'll use it for). Or you can always take it to the scrap yard, most scrap yards pay per pound. I've gotten some decent cash on the big C&D batteries. Tons o lead! And I would say your XS is pretty dead.

  3. He scammed me too! I was suppose to buy his Sundown amp and power wires, I sent him money and I never got it shipped!

He sent me photos with his username and all so it seemed legit. I was pushing for PayPal but he kept trying to do it through Walmart's MoneyGram, talking about he needed it for legal issues. I gave in and did it, but I never got my stuff. It was suppose to arrive at my house past Monday.

It was $300 for Sundown 100.4 and 4 runs of Knu and Shok.

File an online report, the more reports on the same guy the more it'll be taken seriously and the faster we get our money back, organize all your information about the fraud. http://www.houstontx.gov/police/online_report.htm

  4. I've been trying to get legal help from UPS on proper procedure but there not helping me really. His email is [email protected]. His full name, address, email and phone is registered within his UPS account. He's a brave scammer, he hasn't covered his tracks at all unless its a completely false identity, which I doubt. My deal was made around the 14th of March so I've been chasing this a while now. UPS has been worthless so far, more defensive than help. They're handling it like "Its not our problem, ask someone else", they're really starting to piss me off. And RootXBeer, read up on how COD works at the UPS site and you'll understand how I was scammed.

  5. Well, i got scammed. It was bound to happen sooner or later I suppose. I've done hundereds of transactions and I thought I knew all the ins and outs to protect myself. But anyway, here's the story. I sold my SMD sub to a

    Mario B. Jones

    APT. 8204

    5500 SAMPSON ST.

    HOUSTON TX, 77004-7897

for $670 shipped. I used UPS C.O.D. which I have used before with great success and it has always been very secure. So when he wanted to use C.O.D., it never crossed my mind that he could scam me. He offered to buy the slip to avoid shipping cost to me, and so he did. Here is where my ignorance steps in, if you use C.O.D. at a UPS store without an account they send the check to the return address, and I already have an account so regardless I assumed it would come back to me. Well, he bought his with his account and UPS automagically sends the check to his address on his account, even though he's the one who paid upon delivery. I basically went ballistic on UPS because that's absolutely ridiculous way of doing things, and its something you will never read in the fine print on their site about C.O.D. If anyone knows this Mario B Jones, tell that low life to send me my money. And if you ever come across a Mario Jones, from that area don't deal with him. He's a coward scammer and low-life. Mods should take a peek and see if he's on this site please. I should have known better, I'm so pissed at myself. If only I weren't so far away I would deal with this piece of shit human being myself.

  6. I need Lebron Zoom Vs or VIs. I can't find them anywhere, and when I do find them the sites don't seem very legit and make me iffy about giving out credit card information. Does anybody know where I can buy some real authentic Lebron Zoom Vs or VIs from a reliable site, and please don't say ebay. I think I know how to work the indernetz, they aren't there. Just some fugly colored, outrageously priced or wrong sized shoes. There's gotta be somebody who sells new older model shoes that isn't sketchy. I'd always prefer to use Paypal before giving out my credit card online. Help meh please! These are my favorite shoes! If Jesus were alive, he'd resurrect MJ's career with these shoes and he'd ascend into heaven from the three point line where he'd dunk on God himself! <-- As you can see, these are important to me. I've got five pair of just the Vs starting the year they came out. I get a year of clean daily wear, and another two years of abusive wear and comfy as hell. I'm outta clean Vs of VIs. Where are these authentic liquidations at?

  7. Well, for installs where I know the drivers are going to receive more than rated and will be beaten on relentlessly right out the gate, I'll wire them up and let them play 20hz free air for several hours. I steadily increase the volume til they're close to xmax. But most all installs its completely unnecessary. I'm doing a build with 6 SSA ZCONS with extra spiders that I'll break in prior to install, but that's a really big build that's going to see some abuse.
