yea i always figured that smaller cars had smaller alternators im looking up some prices right now but i have a question about batteries if i was to connect it like you said positive from batt 1 to batt 2, negative from batt 1 to bat 2, then to amp where would i put a fuse? in between the alt and battery 1 then another between battery 2 then another between the amp? and what size wire and fuse should be used? and again thanks for the help just wanna make sure i know as much as possible before doing anything

well thats bad news for me since im looking to buy a car and have been seriously looking at some honda preludes and acura integra's the more info i get the more it seems like one of the first things im guna have to do (or should do) is upgrade the alt

dont mean to jack the thread but if i was to add anothr battery how would i charge it? i thought i read that you cant get a good charge from the alt alone

yea i just read on here somewhere that no matter how many batterys you have if your alt isnt up to par your not guna have enough voltage/volts? at least that what i think it said lol

well currently im working on getting a new car since i dont really want the old mans explorer so ive been lookin at some cars like a 2000 integra gsr like the one you have or maybe a 2000 prelude do you have any idea what the stock alts put out? (i dont need exact number just a round number) right now im just trying to read up on as much stuff as i possibly can but whatever car i get im plan on first upgrading the headunit then a amp and subs then start upgrading the wiring and of course upgrade everything i have to as the build goes thanks for all the info tho guys
