  1. two 18"s on 5-6k tuned to 30hz :good:

that would be nice haha

Are you saying 15s can't get low?

I'm not saying 15's can't go low but I've never heard them in a car or truck nor 18's

Which subs are you considering and how much power will you be putting to them?

I'm not sure what kind yet because I don't have a big amount of funds.. I have a 1200 watt Crunch amp :noob: but i was thinking about going with Dayton Audio 15's or 18's from Partsexpress

4 dayton 15 titanic subs would be nice.

  2. check the voltage at the speaker outputs, maybe a speaker wire fell out? you could also just check resistance at the speaker terminals too.

also make sure your master/slave switch is on master.. i went through about 30 mins of trouble shooting with one of my addictive 500.1s. finally just threw in a different one i had and a few days later notices i still had the one on slave from when i had the strapped.

you can also unplug the rca from the amps a measure voltage on that to see if signal is going to the amp.

the the last easy thing would be make sure the sub setting on your deck isnt turned off.

edit.. you need more patience.. less than a 15 min bump..

  3. Where are all the people coming from?

    Time to visit another forum.

its cuz steve posted the vid with the exploding ziploc..

Some people are on here to learn myself included dumb questions to people with alot of knowledge might be just that but there's a learning margin for new builders who the fuck came out the womb with the ability to figure ohm loads and ported box tuning if the question is dumb don't answer it

yea, and its ppl like you that give out wrong advice too.

  4. You can slave one amp I'm assuming you have one box then run the woofers series/parallel at 4 ohm load to each amp not very low but the other option is selling the kenwoods and getting something that can handle a .50 ohm load

what amp... those are all subs..

and even if those kenwoods were amps, you cant just strap any ole amp
